These Terms apply to the website located at www.hrdantwerp.com, www.my.hrdantwerp.com/ and www.education.hrdantwerp.com/ along with any related or linked sites operated by us, our subsidiaries, or our affiliates (collectively, the “Site”). All content and services available through the Site are collectively known as “Services”. The term “you,” “your,” and “yours” refers to all individuals who visit or use the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your acceptance is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

The company name, the terms “HRD”, “HRD Antwerp”, the company logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ours or our affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, or marks on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

- GOVERNING LAWAND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND HRD ANTWERP NV AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE OR LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. Neither you nor HRD Antwerp NV will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, representative action, or collective action.
You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Site or Services must commence within one (1) month after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
